Directions:

Step 1: Making the Chaffles

1. Preheat waffle iron to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, beat eggs, then whisk in almond flour, vanilla, granulated Swerve, and baking soda until well combined.

3. Stir in shredded mozzarella.

Step 2: Cooking the Chaffles

1. Grease waffle iron with cooking spray.

2. Pour a quarter of the batter into the waffle iron and cook until light golden, about 2 to 3 minutes.
